I truly enjoyed the hotel, it's lovely small and the location is fantastic in the centre of medina. One of the advantages - great-sized rooms; they included a roll in shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The bed was perfect and so were the pillows. Location: the property was very close to the square and the souk, arch and taxis. It was just close to Naranj, where you can have lunch.

Easy to find with clear signs and great breakfast served on a beautiful terrace. the room was cozy and well-kept with modern amenities.
Reception wasn't manned at all times, which made it difficult to get urgent assistance when needed. the noise level was quite high and soundproofing is needed for a better sleeping experience.

The room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like air conditioning. The shower had an easy-to-use switch for adjusting the temperature. The location was excellent, only a short walk away from the main square and with clear signage to help navigate. This made it easy to explore the city and find our way back to the riad. The breakfast provided was of high quality and had a good variety of options. It was a great way to start the day and provided us with enough energy for our activities.
The staff at the riad was not always readily available. We experienced difficulty when trying to check-in and had to rely on the help of other guests to contact them.

The staff at Riad Laly Tourisme Eclaire Le Bijou De La Medina were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early, provided a takeaway breakfast, and even gave us a socket/plug as a gift. The room, though cozy and beautiful, didn't have a heater, but the blanket provided was enough for a comfortable night's sleep. The location of the riad was great and the room had a hot shower. I highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and amenities.
